Job Description:
Strategically partner with and support the operational departments of the South Sioux City Regional Office.
Qualifications
-Experienced HR professional with in-depth knowledge of all HR functions.
-Bachelor's degrees, and HRCI or SHRM certification preferred or willing to obtain in the first year.
-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
-Serve as primary contact for day to day HR suport
-Manage recruitment, on-boarding and retention of employees
-Facilitate employee involvement and engagement.
-Participate in performance management, development and succession planning.
-Counsel employees and provide support to managers concerning work related issues.
-Partner with other HR Business Partners, Managers, and Specialists to deliver full HR services.
