Job Description:
Delivery Drivers are our front line employees who represent us to the guest. Their role is very important to the overall success of each restaurant. Their primary role is to deliver a hot product in a timely manner to each guest. Qualified applicants must be 18, pass a background check, and provide proof of insurance.
Team members are our front line employees who represent us to the guest. Their role is very important to the overall success of each restaurant. Their role is primarily to prepare orders for each guest as if they were serving it to their family. Must be 16 to apply.
Service Team members are our front line employees who represent us to the guest. Their role is very important to the overall success of each restaurant. Their primary role is to provide each guest with an exceptional experience. Must be 16 to apply.
The management team’s role is to lead “hands on” with the team as needed, they should not expect team members to do anything they would not do. In certain situations, this may mean working temporarily in a position as a production or service team member and completing the duties of those positions. Some duties required are physical activities that require may lifting objects, bending or kneeling, and time of their feet walking around the restaurant : for example: sweeping, mopping, handling boxes of cheese or toppings, assisting with putting away food deliveries and some maintenance tasks.
