As a Customer Assistance Professional/Collections Representative on our Collections team, you will help create successful solutions over the phone with our Credit Card Members whose payments are past due. You will be responsible for advising Card Members of their account status and offer a variety of payment arrangements that will assist them in resolving their account delinquency. Successful candidates are good listeners, problem solvers with attention to detail who enjoy customer interaction.
•Advises Card Members of their account status.
•Advises Card Member of available programs and payment arrangements based on account delinquency, over the credit limit amount and due date.
•Complies with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), state and federal laws, and 1FBUSA's policies and procedures governing collection activities
•Verifies and updates all Card Member contact information.
•Records all transactions and arrangements on Card Member account.
•Generates follow-up transactions when necessary.
Full-Time Work Schedule:
Nights until 8 p.m., 2 Saturday's per month from 7-3:30 p.m. and the last day of every month from 7-5 p.m.
